Can anyone help me with my cut?

I'm 19 6'0" 220lb. Not sure what my body fat percentage is (based off of pictures it should be between 15 and 20%) but here are my stats maybe you can approximate lol. 1 rep max deadlift: 455 bench 295 squat 365. (kg not lb... lol jk..) Anyway, each time I cut I lose **** tons of weight and strength, but I'm still fat!!!!! and then when I bulk I gain my strengh back but I gain the weight back in 2 effings weeks!!! I recently went off a 6 month cut in which I ate about 1800kilocalories per day and did **** tons of cardio. I went from 225lb to 180lb but I still wasn't shredded. I feel like 1/3 of the weight lost was muscle the other 1/3 was water. so only 1/3 was fat. Now I'm going to start slowly again and hope I can finally have abs by june 2015... anyone have any tips? can I make it in time? I'm gonna start doing boxing for 45 minutes like 4x a week as cardio and weightlift 3x a week.. and try to consume a minimum of 2000 calories and maximum of 2500. any advice? I'm a bit busy because of school.
