Can hcG be cycled while on trt?

I was wondering if hcG can be cycled on and off while on trt. Although I have been on hcG the majority of my time with trt, the past 4 months I have not used it all. During that time, my e2 score dropped to 24(great) all without the use of an ai(I always had a hard time getting dialed in with trt, hcG, and adex). My point is, although it is much easier to get dialed in without hcG, i still feel like it is important (for me at least) to maintain the possibility for future fertility, as well as to prevent testicular atrophy.
So, the question is: Can I run hcG and test together for like 2 months or so, followed by a period of just testosterone? Basically, hcG cycling

Yes. The balls don't generally die off 100%. An old-school method was running T for a while, then adding HCG for a month or two, repeat. Some stopped T during that period, others not. I have a friend that does 3 months T, 1 month HCG, repeat.

Arnold and the like didn't have HCG to use during their likely year long steroid benders... and they have kids now.

some don't use hcg at all up until years later when they decide to try and have kids. It seems often the testicles fire right back up with hcg even after years of being dormant. this may not be the case for everybody mind you.

i use 500iu a week reguarly.. because i might have kids..

if im not mistaken there is also a connection between hcg and lipids... so running it might be better for you for different reasons..

i know im on 200mg test a week and 500iu hcg and my lipid profile is Perfect

My TRT clinic has adopted a 2 month on - 1 month off approach to hCG at 1000iU per week as their standard protocol.

I modify a little, use around 700iU per week and go off hCG while I'm traveling instead of a fixed schedule.

Is 250iu hcG e3d enough? I'm really trying to not blow my estradiol up too bad. Planning on doing hcG and test cyp for 2 months, followed by 3 or 4 months of cyp alone. Then repeat

yep. 500iu/wk is plenty for most people. it will raise e2 but not spike it at that dose.

Might be kind of low for you...
you might want to get an SA done a couple months into the protocol or else you are just guessing.

So no a.i. at all while on solo TRT ?

@willnorthwest, I'm like you in that I also have a hard time getting dialled in with T, HCG and adex. At the moment though I'm on 90iu of HCG and it still seems to be keeping my nuts plump.

I am still considering getting off trt. The doc put me back on hcG so that if I want to go ahead and quit, then the hcG will already be in my system and balls will be restored if and when I'm ready to attempt a restart. I am still scared as hell to quit though, so I am researching all my options, including hcG cycling, in order to see if i can still make this trt thing work. As most of you remember, hcG and adex caused me to have horrible anxiety, so the longer I can go without having to use hcG (while at the same time maintaining fertility and ball size) the better.

Don't worry about it. You should be good to go with 500 iu 3 times a week. ..
Just start the week you miss your last shot....
You can wait two weeks if u want....

Don't worry about it. You should be good to go with 500 iu 3 times a week. ..
Just start the week you miss your last shot....

Depends on the individual. For me, definitely, but I am very sensitive to aromatization.

Its a low dose of hcg. ... but still keep on eye on e2. With HCG doses like that I'm not sure if they will help you out for what you want....

Well, after being on the hcG again for about 2 weeks, I can already tell that balls are restored to normal size. Also, back acne is starting to flare up again, so I'm pretty sure e2 is rising. I will get e2 checked out next week. Sorry appolon, i can't remember when e2 reading was done in relation to cyp dosing. Also, I never ran trough at that dose.
