So i spent alot of my younger years doing freestyle skiing. My knees took a serious beating and I find myself today at 25 years old not able to sprint or jog long distances without waking up the next day in severe pain.
Im looking into jobs that have physical fitness exams, including running long distances in under a specific amount of time. I know i can run the day of the testing, but last time i did something like this i was barely able to walk for 2 weeks, let alone workout my legs.
Can HGH help this situation? If so, can anyone reccomend how long / dosing schedual.
If anyone has any other tips i would greatly appreciate it. It really sucks not being agile like i once was!
