Can high estradiol cause panic attacks?

absolutely,, not only panic attacks but trouble breathing and 'claustrohobia' (at least for me)

How do u know it was high?
Do u have recent lab work?
Careful cause being on a dose like 0.5 mg for a prolonged period may lower Estradiol too much.

I don't know if "cause" is the right word. But some guys definitely seem to become more prone to anxiety and panic attacks.

Yes guys? Anybody know?

I've never had anxiety, ever. Until 2 days after my first Trt injection. It was at that point that I knew anxiety is real. And I felt for everyone who experiences anxiety. It sucks. Thankfully with my research prior to beginning TRT, I knew anxiety may happen. So I knew it wouldn't last. I went to bed earlier than usual, and woke up feeling great. That's when I switched to injecting twice a week. I still got mild anxiety pinning twice a week, until I started taking anastrozole.

High estradiol sneaks up on you and then hits you like a Mack truck. It sucks.

My first protocol was 5000 iu a week of HCG which put my E2 at something like 120ish. I had severe anxiety issues and had no idea that there was a relation between the two. Had to be put on anxiety meds. Still caused me issues. As soon as I found this board, got HCG down to normal dosage and test in the protocol, along with adex, I was feeling better that week. Never had anxiety since and probably should have never been on anxiety meds.

Been there felt that.
I was on 160 mg once a week with 400 I.u HCG 3 times a week...
After a month Estradiol was same as yours. Really high!
Was feeling asphyxiation, panic on train to work.
Never felt that in my life.
Found this board, went to two times weekly shots and everything in unwanted sidss disappeared.
Learned to donate blood too on here. I never had a clue nor donated blood before and I was on a long time.

Yes, the blood donation was something I learned here as well. Wish I knew about it sooner. However, and slightly off-topic, since going with 3J it seems each time I go in to donate my hematocrit seems more and more within the normal range (Weight loss, proper diet, proper training, all of the above?)

OP if you haven't already, get your blood tests done, see where you are. Don't crash your E2. Figure out what, if anything, is causing your elevated E2. Then adjust accordingly depending on what your TRT protocol is.
