Can I just train through Tennis elbow?

Seems like I have the dreaded pain. It's there but not unbearable, can I just train through it?
 
I have it and i trainthrough it..i went and bought a tennis elbow forearm wrap.....keeps it tight, and i can say my alternating dumbell exercise feels great as well as preachers with the ez curl bar...but dont make it to tight, and if you can as i did, get one that breathes (lets air in) and dont undo it right away after the exercise..

I had tennis elbow but somehow managed to cure it...

I foiund doing a daily LIGHTWEIGHT trap exersice made it go away. About 6 Sets of 12 on a light weight per day, try it...it worked for me.

Bingo, same here, it is a lifesaver. Mine stinks to high heaven though now, lol.
 
man i slammed into pull-ups with a vengeance and it gave me the shit to . im 250 so i can do only 4 good reps and would do cheats/negatives on a few more staggering my sets to rest , it was just way to much going that heavy all the time . you train and learn i guess !
i took 2 weeks off and im training but lighter and no pull-ups , light on my rows & light on my curls . it seems to be getting better . im using this time to increase my triceps size/strenth and theres no pain in delt exersises if i keep them light so im also doing pre-exhaust training to increase my delts so its not a loss . of course i can still get a kick butt leg workout and do deadlifts/pullovers for back so it keeping my back there .
