can I pin the same muscle twice in a row?

Quads I always hit nerves/vessels on way out and it was always painful , like you could feel it digging into the muscle or something

So last week I did my left delt, I want to do my right, but using my wrong hand to inject and aspirate when I can barely reach will be so hard, can I inject my left delt again, if I only do it twice in a row and than switch?

or when injecting delts can you swing your arm infront of your body and inject? so you can actually reach lmao

Ya put ur arm in front of you level on a table or something, as long as the muscle is relaxed, and youll be jabbing straight up and down,not sideways as if your standing up with the arm relaxed to yiur side.

I wouldnt pin twice in a row unless totally necessary. Find more sites, glutes, ventrogluteal, calfs, bis, tris, chest. Look here SpotInjections.com

I failed to aspirate in glutes and delts, I only hit quads, its so less hastel

alright thanks guys, and yeah I didn't aspirate this time but everythings okay, its so hard using your wrong hand injecting, i tried to aspirate I don't know if the plunger even pulled back,

quads have scared me to do any injections, first 2 weeks were fine, than i started hitting nerves and everything, and it killed, delts are such a relief when I actually inject

but yeah, that was gotta be one of the worst injections (no pain) I've done, after i injected there was 1 little drop of test still in the syringe, and probably 1 drop come out of the injection spot, but overall most of it got in I think, it just sucked because i let go of the needle by accident and it went straight up, it was quite funny chilling with it in my arm, but yeah
