Can one 200mg shot cause any damage?

I went to a local Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) clinic and the doctor said he would
give me one shot to see how it feels like....as a trial.
I.never took the hcg.

After 2 days I checked my blood it was over a 1000.

That was two weeks ago and since then my erections have been weak and the testicles have been not so large..

Is just one shot enough to cause a hpta shutdown or lower my testosterone levels?

You won't know how you're going to feel on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for at least 4 weeks.. No such thing as a trial shot! That's ridiculous! You need to decide whether you have the symptoms of Low T and whether you want to treat it.. Now you're just wasting everyones time
Not trying to be rude but you started 10 threads in the past 2 days basically asking the same thing.. HRT/TRT will shut you down... If you don't want to be shut down then Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is not for you

This sort of depends on the individual. I have a hard time believing one 200mg would permanently shut you down. Temporarily for a week or two maybe yes but not permanently...

You recover from one shot fine on your own, might take 4 weeks or so but you will IMO
