ok now im planning this for my back/bi workout:
week 1
pull ups x 5 reps would be so cool
deadlift off floor 3x3
bb row 2x10
reverse hyper 2x10 bw only
t-bar row 2x10
chin ups (still can't do normal curls) 2x12
hammer curls 2x10
week 2
pull ups
rack pull 3x5
bb row 2x10
pull thrus 2x15
seated row 2x12
chin ups 2x10
hammer curls 2x10
then repeat
