Well, to start off with, why don't your write down a sample of a days eating for us and we'll make some changes.
Also, what are you doing in terms of training right now?

well i go to gym like 3 times a week cause i dint have time... now i have time and i can lift and run.... the diet sucks right now because i dont know what to do.... if i have a list in front of me of what to eat and what to do at the gym and on what days im gonna do it.... starting from wendsday im gonna be able to go to the gym 6 days a week. so basicly i can go Monday-Saturday.

Okay, here's some basic diet guidelines for you. This should be helpful.
You want to try to eat six small meals a day rather than three big ones. Try to space your meals roughly every 2 1/2 to 3 hours a part.
Be sure you are taking in a portion of protein at each of your sittings.
Your protein should come from sources such as:
Chicken
Turkey
Tuna, Salmon and other fishes
Eggs and egg whites
Lean Cuts of Beef
Dairy Products also contains some protein so use Skim Milk and Cottage Cheese
Whey Protein

Your complex carbohydrates should come from oatmeal, potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice, and beans. Be sure to also take in at least 2 servings of greens a day such as brocolli or green beans.

Try to eliminate fruit juices from your diet. You want to try to drink at least four litres of water a day. If you have trouble drinking straight water, you can add some lemon wedges to your water or you can also try using Crystal Lite drink mixes. You do want to drink as much water as you can though.

You also want to make sure you are taking in some essential fatty acids in your diet as well. You can supplement with flax oil or udo's oil as well. Your fats should come from olive oil, flax or udo's oil, natty peanut butter, nuts and seeds(almonds are a great snack)

I think I covered everything. If not, please feel free to ask. :)

WEll looks like Fyre has you covered on the diet portion, but as for the workout portion you mentioned, what are you doing now and what kind of things do you like to do? Knowing that we can help you design a workout program more suited to you and it will help you stick to it.

Now a common mistake that many poeple make is thinking there is a way to "spot reduce" and unfortunatley there isn't. You don't pick where last nights dinner sticks on your body the same way as you don't pick where it comes off. So when you say you have a stomach and hate it, make sure you are working out the whole body and not just abs. I have seen girls that have abs of steel with this great protective marshmellow layering over top:eek: Not what they were aiming for.

Diet, cardio, and strength trianing will all lead you to the desired results you are looking for. Don't be discouraged if you don't notice immediate weight loss or weight loss in different areas then you expected. You won't start to notice the weight loss on a scale (you may even see an increase - dont worry you clothes should fit loser - muscle is more dense than fat therefor will compact in a smaller area allowing clothes to fit better) The more muscle the less fat!!!:D Also with women, our midsection is the last to go  I tell clients to think of a snowman (unless you are from hot weather, then it doesn't make much sense) but when a snowman melts, the head disappears first. Why? No not becuase it is closer to the sun:confused: but because it is smaller therefor more noticeable. the body is still melting but not as qucik. So yuou will tend to lose weight in your face and arms before you notice it in your midsection.

Anyway, you can also do a search on this site and it will pull up different workouts that people have talked about, that helps to look at sometimes too.

You don't need to go to the gym six days a week. Four days will be fine. If you want to go extra days and do some cardio, that would be okay too but four days a week with the weights will be fine.
:)

ok how is this
Chicken - grilled chicken?
rest is self explanatory...
im a male though i think pokkeyy thought i was a female :) but its ok :).... ok so basicly all that you said to eat spread it into 6 meals a day.... and then go to gym four days a week lift (for strength?) and do cardio and then those extra days do cardio also. btw im 19 turning 20.

Thank You in advance once again.

sorry sweetie... not used to hearing men say they have a stomach and hate it:doh: but eveything i said still applies male or female! Actaully men have a harder time losing the stomach than women do!!! (for most of us it is the butt or thighs:moon: )

Its ok :)... but i got to tell you. one thing that i am happy about is my Butt :)... never heard any comlaints about. just compliments :D
