So far I've been using the HGH PowerPatch for ~2 weeks and it has had some effects, though I can't say it's HGH or not. I've had vivid dreams, head rushes, tingling in my limbs as well as a "swollen" type of feeling. I'm using 2 patches a week, and the effects seem to be decreasing with each patch.

I don't know whether it's HGH, placebo, or something else but the patches do "something" that seems to be similar to HGH based on what I've read. Time will tell, but I guess the only way to tell would be to get pre/post IGF-1 bloodwork. You can get that for ~$60 from PrivateMDLabs.
