Can u leak?

Probably stupid question, but can one leak "the goods" out of an injection site? On my third shot in the gluteus and I noticed a lot of blood initially but stopped rather quickly. I inject slowly and leave the pin in for about 20sec. After and then withdraw. I mean I don't imagine one has created a "channel" for the test. To flow out of due to the fat cells you are injecting into. Put my mind at ease.

I saw a video of someone "leak". It was kind of odd to see, so I know it can happen. I just did my 1st pin earlier today and I had no blood or anything for the first 20 seconds or so, then just a teeny spot of blood. All I can think is inject real slow, that's what I did. The one that "leaked" did his kind of fast.
