Can you get gyno while on tomoxifin

Hello I'm runing 400mg sust a weekand 300mg deca week my first pin after 3 days felt sore nips thought it was my test spiking because I am taking 20mg nova and on store bought AI couldn't get arimi at the time after a week the soreness completely went away now I'm at the end of second week tommorw is third shot but i don't no I just don't feel right I have in my left chest like this cloged feeling in a sence no sore nipp what so ever it's not itchy but the cloged feeling makes me wanna massage my chest or flex and it feels good I do have arimi on the way it's coming this week witch I will start off taking .25 EOD unless somone has better suggestions? Also if I'm wearing a shirt and rub down on my chest I feel tender slightly around nipple and in muscle but if I touch nipp or anything nothing iv felt around nip no lump nothing tender what can this be? Am I just being parinod? Can I do next shot tommorw or should I wait for arimi and then pin?

Also I am taking a store bought AI for the time being but I don't know how much it's helping also wondering if I should just drop the deca since I was uneducated on the prober prolactin protection I needed

Developing gyno in your first week of cycle is pretty much impossible. I'll bet its all in your head. Nipples do tend to get itch and sore every now and then and you never notice, but when your on a cycle you start to notice more coz everyones scared of getting gyno.

If you actually have gyno you will feel a lump there behind the nipple. If your trying to feel for it it should be a denser mass than the fat tissue around it.

Keep up with the nolva if your really worried... You will be fine.

Not really.. But yeah you sound pretty safe. Lumps are the main thing to diagnose by - if you cant feel any you havent got gyno.
