Can You Look at my breakfast Improvements?

lol man that first breakfast you had goin on was like all bad...nothing good. just suck it up and eat egg whites and oats for breakfast who cares what it tastes like. Put some i can't beleive its not butter spray and a few splenda packs on you oats and just eat it and get on to the next meal. after a while you'll get use to it and its just matter to you anyways you wont care what it tastes like.

ONLY??? 5 pounds is a hell of alot buddy. I haven't been 5 pounds lighter in years so I'm damn proud.

Sure but we are talking long term here, right?? Long term results take a little more discipline.
First, what are you stats (age, height, weight, training, history, etc..)
Second, please list your entire days diet so we can see what else you are eating.
Third, a good solid healthy breakfast would be..
Egg white omlete (2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites)
a slice or two of 2% cheese
Whole grain carb smart tortilla (mission) to wrap it up
Oatmeal (a few raisins, nuts, splenda to taste)
...then 2 hours late you should be having a snack or another small meal. Eat small meals every 2-3 hours to avoid the hunger feeling.
