ONLY??? 5 pounds is a hell of alot buddy. I haven't been 5 pounds lighter in years so I'm damn proud.

Sure but we are talking long term here, right?? Long term results take a little more discipline.
First, what are you stats (age, height, weight, training, history, etc..)
Second, please list your entire days diet so we can see what else you are eating.
Third, a good solid healthy breakfast would be..
Egg white omlete (2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites)
a slice or two of 2% cheese
Whole grain carb smart tortilla (mission) to wrap it up
Oatmeal (a few raisins, nuts, splenda to taste)
...then 2 hours late you should be having a snack or another small meal. Eat small meals every 2-3 hours to avoid the hunger feeling.
