Cannonball Shoulders

Hey b fold the truth... a question for ya on the overhead press.. are you doing them from the front?? (which is what I assume) also are you just standing with legs at shoulder with and pressing or is it more of a leg thrust and press???

I work the soulders and traps together and recently found a routine that does an awesome job for both. but for the 'dynamic delts', make sure you include

seated dumbell press
leaning one arm lateral raises
"W" Dumbell press

i do seated over the head dumbell press, military press, and lateral raises and get decent results

I press in all different ways depending on what kind of contest I'm doing.

Viking Press
Log Press (strict, push press, jerk)
Straight bar (push, strict, jerk, bottom postion seated in rack)
Thick Bar (etc...)

I do 90% of my shoulder work with a push press (slight knee bend) and standing.

Ohh...yes I do them in the front. That is how we press in contests if we are using a straight or thick bar.
