Iam 26 years old, iam on italian deca l.a. 400 a weeks and on iranian test 250 a week, its my third cycle, i had no problems before, but this time, i cant breath like at all, i would run out of breath just reading a long sentence or if i go up the stairs i have to sit down and slowly breath nd feel like i ran forever, i dont know why? Any reasons? I feel like maybe i have a heart problem? But i never experienced anything like this in my life till i started this cycle, please help...

yea i agree when i do a heavy bulker and get up around the mid 250's i start losing my wind a bit.. guess its from carrying the extra load.. either way go see a doctor.. not something you wanna fool around with...
Yea def the body alot of time surpasses its genetic limits and has to work a lot harder to suport the added weight...heart has to work a lot harder to pump more blood to all the extra muscle,lungs need to produce more oxygen also...
To be safe see a doc

It's your Blood pressure. Your body is bloating. You need to jump on Letrozole and use a Diretic to get the water off. Deca is famous for this. Check you BP

how old are you 5'9 is short. It a shame to close your growth plates and stay 5'9 if you didn't have to

I had a similar problem about a year ago.
Pretty sure I was on Tren/Test then and getting over 215 at 5'10" (My heaviest).
I was a fine dining server at the time and during table side presentations I would actually run out of breath and have to excuse myself.
I actually couldn't breath well enough to finish my sentences.
Emberrasing and scary.
I read up and found that shortness of breath and high bp are in fact common sides of high test levels.
Good luck bro.

YUP, there is a reason for deca-dic, lack of blood flow.... Also your test should be higher than your deca in my honest opinion. Go to a hospital or doctor as soon as possible.

Deca bloat.
I say this from experience from my first cycle.
I dont think I will be using Deca again. Didnt care for the bloat, but it made my joints feel oh so good!
I tapered off the Deca the last 4 weeks of my cycle to allow for the bloat to reduce. I felt and looked a lot better at the end of my cycle.
If youre really concerned though, go see a doc as suggested.

I hope too.
I just quit smoking (10 years) and it killed my breathing and held me back on a lot of things in the gym. Even at my peak of smoking it was about a pack a day.. Two packs seems a bit excessive unless you have nothing else better to do.. or dont have a job.
