Cant make gains..

You are welcome bro and I think you will be on you way if you follow the outline and all the help from the others, there is a lot of knowledge on here and all you gotta do is listen to it!

It is very common to think more is better, especially when you don't know. You think "shit man I'm not getting bigger, I will double everything and then I will get huge for sure"! The truth is that it the exact opposite when trying to bulk, less is almost always more! I went through the same thing years back, doing everything twice a week and taking like two hours each workout. I think it was an Arnold workout so I figured "I have to get big doing what he dose", Long story short I trained and trained and didn't get nowhere near "BIG"! Then for some reason I switched things up and started doing the workout I listed above and within the first few weeks I saw more gains then I ever saw from doing the other shit, for months and months. Fact is I was over training and you can not grow when over training, you grow when resting, not training!

As for your gear I really cant help you, I have never used them or know anyone first hand that has. I have seen a lot of post about them and many people have said it was no good, at the same time there were a few who said otherwise, but that's always the case! Going off of the info you have provided I would say its most likely fake or very under dosed, even with everything else you should have gained something, or at least " felt" a difference.

My opinion would be to just make the changes and do so without gear for now, After some time has past and you have made some progress then maybe run a cycle. It will also be easier to tell where the gains are coming from, instead of you thinking the gear is working when really your gains are coming from the changes made, you know what I mean!?! Last thing, If you can get some different gear in the future, Human/Pharma grade if possible, I would do so!

how much did you weigh when you did your first cycle?

how much did you weigh when you did your first cycle?

i would say 145 and not sure how much i gained cuz i only had one bottle that lasted my a month and no post cycle therapy (pct). i stayed off it for about 6 months and got back on weigh'n 150 and ended up weigh'n 165 at the end of my cycle taking 450m a week of prop, took nolva for post cycle therapy (pct) and dropd to about 155 then i broke my hand and quit lifting for a while. i now weigh 150

gethugeagain, estray and other gave you solid advice .drop some sets /stick with heavy compound movements / drop the reps /add more weight to the bar. as for food make sure your getting 300 plus grams of protein a day and then eat as shitty as you have to to put on more weight , if that means pizza/big macs/fries/etc. it doesnt matter just get the protein in and gorge on calories.
