Ok here goes bf currently 15-17% and i took a deep look into the ketosis diet, however i have been advised that this ketosis diet is not for me at all i am a type 1 diabetic and my nutritionist has told me that the ketosis diet would make it very difficult to get fine control of my blood sugars, not to mention the dangers of having keytones floating around my system this is bad for diabetics, so have anyone got some simple advice on fat burn? i currently use 500-600 calories over my recommended for growth and i DO NOT eat anything with carbs after 4pm on any day what so ever, so i am about bang on with my diet even my nutritionist agrees, what things can i do to burn this fat...more cardio? something else? its only bottom belly fat but f me its hard to shift!
