Captain America trying to get back to Super Soldier status

Well I was going to keep this quiet just because I was afraid that if I failed I would be embarrassed and disappointed in myself even more being that it was out in the public, but I decided to say F-it. I hired 3J as my nutritionist/diet coach and decided on the 8 week carb cycling program.

A little bit about me. I'm 38yrs old and have been lifting weights on and off since I was 16yrs old. I've always struggled to stay lean and usually carry around a good deal of body fat. Ever since I was around 30yrs old it has been really hard for me to lose body fat. Well I recently started TRT due to my test being in the low 300's. I've only been on TRT for 3 weeks and I don't really feel anything yet. I'm also battling some injuries right now which prevent me from going balls to the wall in the gym, but I've been on TB500 for about 6 weeks now and things are starting to turn around.

So I've been working with 3J for just 1 week and I've already seen a slight improvement in body composition. I will post weekly measurements, but I'm going to save the pics until the end to save face. I'm not to proud of my current physique.

I am going to a mobile body scan tomorrow to get my body fat checked. It's $95, but I believe the information it will give me will be worth the cost. I will get another one at the end of my 8 weeks. I will post the results tomorrow morning.
 
So I went and had the Dexa-scan done this morning and it is every bit as bad as I thought haha.
It was $95 and is worth it in my opinion to have something as accurate and measurable as this. Well here is what the scan showed:

Gynoid- 28.6%

Fat mass- 69.3lbs
Lean mass- 171lbs
Bone mass- 8.1lbs

Now I have some real measurable data. At the end of the 8 weeks I will get another scan and see where I'm at.

Eating healthy will make you loose a good of water, even if your eating more food. A high card low fat diet will make you hold less water then a fat ass normal person diet. Strange but true. The fact that you're eating right will lead to some good strength gains also. Every aspect of the game changes and improves. This was a good move my bro you won't be disappointed.
 
So here we are at week 2. Not a whole lot of change. supposedly my stomach has gone down, but I don't look or feel like it has. I think it's more of maybe a variation in my measurements. Maybe too early to tell.

Well I'm only 3 weeks in and have lost 2" off my waist and 4.6 lbs. I haven't been doing cardio, just weights. Couple exercises per body part on a 5 day split. Nothing to failure as I have a lot of chronic injuries I'm nursing. Going to start doing cardio 5 days a week 25 min per session per 3j's recommendation.

Very nice - 3J had me add in 3 days of 20 minutes of moderate cardio since I was not losing much weight. It really helped. I lost 2 pounds the first 2 weeks and 2 pounds the third week (which had the cardio included).
 
Week for is in the books. After 4 weeks ive lost 6.6lbs total and 2" off my waist.

Thanks man. I was really worried when I weighed myself this morning because I ate like shit for 2 days straight this weekend, but I still ended up with good results. Weekends are really hard for me because it's the only time my family spends together. My wife and I work opposite shifts.

On the weekends we are always out and about most of the day and the kids and wife don't want to eat chicken and veggies! I try to make choices that coincide with the diet, but it doesn't always work out.

Thanks man. I actually just added helladrol to the mix Sunday. I bought it a few months back before I found out about having low T. Once my dr cut me loose and said I won't have to get blood work again until February, I figured why let it go to waste.

I'm starting to feel real good. I had an awesome workout today. One of the best since the last time I did a cycle.
 
At the end of that helladrol bottle you could grab some S4 from Sarmsearch to extend the cycle length from 6 to 12 weeks. S4 is great for loosing fat and hardening.
