Captain America's Super Soldier Serum log

Well, I wanted to start this log to hopefully help myself keep track of things as well as anyone else looking for information who might have a similar case.

TT levels were at 308 and a 2nd test of 319 and my Dr referred me to Endocrinology. I got lucky and got in to the endo right away and she listened to my symptoms and put me on the following protocol:

Dose: 100mg test cyp
Injection frequency: weekly
Target range: TT 500-700
Blood work: 4 weeks in and reassess.
HCG: none prescribed (I will likely add this on my own later)
AI: None prescribed, but Estradiol will be monitored

My prescription does not leave room to fiddle with the dose or have any extra. I received two 1ml vials of 200mg. Just enough for 1 month and then get the script refilled.

I took my first injection of 100mg late last night. When I have cycled in the past I was used to injecting a lot more. The first thing I thought when I looked at the 1/2 ml in that syringe was "this isn't gonna do shit" lol.

Anyway, here it is and here it goes. I hope to see a much improved Super Soldier by this time next year.

never worked with vials before, just curious as to how the extra .5 mL is stored until next week's injection?

Why would it be any different than any other steroid vial? Cool dark place in my armoire is where it is. Sterilize before next pin. What am I missing here?

well the multi dose vials are sealed with a rubber stopper. If i am not mistaken you are using 1mL amps which are not resealable once cracked and remain exposed to the outside air once opened.

In the opening statements of this thread I wrote "1ml vials". They have rubber stoppers with the plastic pop tops over it. Not ampules.

Let us know how easy that second draw is from the vial .... depending on which syringe you are using it could possibly be a huge pain in the ass.

I know I couldnt get the last little bit from my 10ML vials using an insulin syringe.

I'm using a 25ga. 3 ml syringe. I'm using an 18ga. Needle to draw then switch to the 25ga to pin. Technically I wasn't supposed to have started yet because they want me to go to the procedural clinic next wednesday, so they can teach me how to pin, but I couldn't help myself lol

Anyway, when I do my second draw I'll let you know how it goes.

I am lucky, my doctor gives me a script with 11 refills, I am able to get 5 weeks worth of injections from each vile but I pick up my refill every 4 weeks. Before long I will have a couple of extra unopened vile's and plan on running a blast for a couple of months.

Yeah I'm going to talk to my dr about something more convenient. She originally told me I'd be gettin a 2000mg vial!

Take it easy Captain America. ..
She very likely meant that the entire contents of the bottle would be 2000 mg.
200 mg x 10 ml vial would equal that.

I would not use an 18ga needle to draw - it damages the rubber top. I just had one get a permanent hole in it after repeated use of an 18ga to draw. I must have hit the exact same spot multiple times and it could no longer seal it back. I only had one more dose in it, so I drew the dose, put it into an insulin needle (backloading it), and just stored it in my closet for the next few days until I could use it. Just a word of warning.

Just start low and then assess what doses you like to use.
E3D-E4D is the best if you want to control Estradiol and huge fluctuations of T.

I'm going to take it how she wants me to (100mg once a week) until she cuts me loose. After that I can play with it and get blood work etc.

I went to the procedural clinic today for my 2nd injection. Everything went well and they cut me loose. I also found out that they put in for a 10ML vial, but my insurance company changed it to (2) 1ml vials.

I'll be going in for blood work on the morning of the 24th. The morning before my 5th injection. That's all for now.
