Carb Countdown Milk

4.5g of fat
3g carbs
12g protien!!!!

So in a half gallon of this shit there is 96g of protien and only 36g of fat plus only 24 carbs! Taste isnt too bad either! What does everyone think about it? Its $3.50 for half gallon but every once and a while it might become part of my diet!

Well I know the 3rd ingredient is whey protien! I get it at a local grocery store. It has to be a bigger store though. A mom and pop store most likely wont have it.
