I decided to stay around 2300 cals till progress slows about 190p 240ish c and 60ish f....I started at 190-195 now im 178 so its going well, have been dieting 5-6 weeks. So about 2 lbs per weeks.
If I were to carb cycle how low would my 'low' day be and and what would be my moderate and high based off lets say 2100 calories?
