carb cycling help anyone?

Could you inform me on why you shouldn't go high to low over 7 days, just too much time?

your calories are constant in a carb cycle.. your fats and carbs equal out as they go up and down..

you shouldn't go high to low over 7 days.. go high medium low high medium medium low..

Should I stick with 2200 calories then and just alternate my fats/carbs depending on the day.

so for high, med, low does this work: 180p 50f 260c high, mod 180p 70f 215c, and low 180p 130f 80c? all around 2200 cal roughly
 
my split is switching to legs/shoulders, back, chest, arms, rest, repeat so would h,m, l work with this or not really?

I decided to stay around 2300 cals till progress slows about 190p 240ish c and 60ish f....I started at 190-195 now im 178 so its going well, have been dieting 5-6 weeks. So about 2 lbs per weeks.

If I were to carb cycle how low would my 'low' day be and and what would be my moderate and high based off lets say 2100 calories?
