this is a carb rush meal so eat it 2 hours before training
bring some water to the boil and add some white grain rice and simmer,pour tin of baked beans in a seperate pan and heat very slowly,when rice is nice and soft,drain water and add rice to baked beans,simmer for around another 30 seconds sir well,add any flovourings you like,curry powder ect ect,eat up and enjoy,just feel the carb rush in about hour.
