Carbohydrates are the DEVIL

Pretty sure they dont cut with carbs they pretty much starve and use dieretics to show the anatomy chart so to say (Me attempting to sound smart)

I was watching a YouTube interview of a pro body builder, he was talking about back stage,, mentioned seeing this other well known pro and seeing him thought he looked like he had not been lifting in months and definitely didn't look ready for the show, , Said he saw him have guys start pinning insulin in various spots and then start chowing down some carbs.. Said after and hour or so this guy suddenly looked like a monster and he ended getting third..

I'm not sure personally what these guys do or don't as I'm not into competitive bodybuilding ,, but just thought it was interesting what that guy did pre show with carbs and insulin.,
Just goes to show you the power of the devil ;)

Absolutely. Or even just reducing carbohydrate intake alone will help with their blood sugar.

Awsome im gonna tell them to do it my dad cant exercise he has a prostetic leg and left arm only moves the hand doesnt, he is overwheight big time

The US govt wants us to consume a majority of our calories from carbs,, the one macro not needed for us to live*

Why recommend it.. Not sure,, But again those who work for the USDA and those in the grain, wheat and corn industries sure do benefit from this recommendation


* as prince Dbol stated,, glucose may be needed to a small degree,, but we don't need carbs for this,, amino acids from consuming protein can be converted to the glucose we need through the process of gluconeogenisis

It's that women Eves fault .. She cursed all the carbs by eating the forbidden carb ;)

He also made the poppy plant, where we get opium from.. It's our choice in what we want to consume from nature or not,, A poppy plant is not inherently evil, but a junkie strung out on opium isn't exactly pretty either..
A carb addict who has diabetes and has no arms or legs and in a hospital on dialysis Ain't pretty either

As long as it sounds good im convinced lol.... i could give a fuck about him or anyone on this forum. I dont know if hes full of shit because i dont know crap about studies or diets i do know who he is and he knows what hes doing it works for him. I dont follow anyone i take bits and pieces from anyone i try them then i speak, i still dont care about studies to be honest there not benefiting me in any way. When i reach my goals no one is taking credit for my body but me and my hard work and many mistakes it took to get it.

And i still agree about pics id be way more convinced if i saw someone shredded looking amazing and they told me they got there through scientific studies. Then and only then will i be dedicated to doing what they do. What ive built so far nothing scientific about it i just pinn gear eat and lift heavy objects and vualla muscle forms from the nucleus dna derivitives causing hyper fluctuations in the cells leading to hypertrophy lol

Carbs cannot be evil, because Reece's Peanut Butter Cups are chock full of carbs and they are the best thing that was ever created. To say otherwise is sacrilege, which must be dealt with by beheading.

So I'm guessing if you went on a high fat ketogenic diet, that pork would be out as one of your fat and protein sources :)
