Hey just wondering if anyone has had the same experience as me. I use to be a great mid distance runner I could run 3 miles with ease but never usually anything more, But I wasn't much of a sprinter. now that I'm 270 running 2miles is a bitch my legs swell with blood (massive leg pump). But now my sprints are easier and i'm faster than I was at 240lbs. Weird I think so but who knows. The shitty thing is my coach likes to run us up to an hour durring fall camp. Oh well i guess.
 
Ya I like to use the oliptical too, but nothing to me is better than hitting a road or trail. Its easier for me to push the time and milage where it is easier for me to slack off on a machine. I'm going to keep hitting the road and hopefully it'll get better over some time hopefully I just need to get in better shape at this weight than I did at my lighter weights. I guess it another reason to work harder I supose.
