Cardio - Minimizing muscle and strength loss

So, I just got done doing a natty bulk. I started at 16% BF at 195lb. I'm now 222lb and about 18% BF. I managed to eat about 4500 kcals. Most of that being real\clean food with a couple protein shakes a day.

OK, so I'm planning to do 6 days of cardio (1 hour per day). I prefer the treadmill. I'll be lifting 5 days a week and trying to stay heavy (10-12 reps). My diet will generally be the same clean food except at reduced cals such that I stay deficient.

For cardio, I can reach 65-75% of calculated maximum heart rate at a speed of about 4MPH with 1.0 incline. I rarely break much of a sweat doing this. However, my understanding is that this is the optimal range for fat loss.

I feel almost "dirty" for not running\sweating. What would be the effects of kicking it up? I know that if I ran, my bpm would be OVER the 75% rate.

I want to minimize the chances of loosing strength\muscle.

I do have access to T3, Clen, Albutrol, and Winstrol and would be willing to take any of these if they would help. Everything I've read about T3 scares me...not because of the perminant Thyroid issue, but because of the catabolic muscle loss.

Any advice about the best way to do cardio and if I should be taking any chems\anabolics?

if t3 scares you then dont do it. Ive researched and considered it all in the past, and now I am glad ive never touched anything, I would have regretted it.

As for cardio, im shifting my preference towards higher intensity stuff. You burn more calories in a shorter period of time, and you raise your metabolism throughout the day.

Thats not to say low intensity, long duration, fasted walking hasnt worked for me int he past.

Here is a good read on it: Parts 2 and 3 are at the bottom

you could definitle up the intensitity a bit to burn calories. at one hour you wont burn a lot of energy doing low intensity. when endurance guys do low intensity they go for up 5-7hour..
