Cardio on Bulk Cycle?

Do you do it?

Im currently about to start the third week of my first cycle, Test E 500mg pinned 2x/week. Taking 12.5mg Aromasin ED. Been eating like a mad man, mostly clean (although not always). My goal for this cycle is to put on mass and gain strength. However, when I started this cycle my abs were somewhat visible relaxed and pretty defined when flexed. This isnt the case anymore. Defenitely gaining a little bit of fat from the increase in cal intake. Either that or holding a lot of water. (cycled back on creatine as well right before I started the test)

Anyways, I just wanted to get your guys opinion on whether you do cardio while on a bulking cycle. Is it counterproductive? Let me know what you think as Im leaning towards running for maybe just 30min/3days a week or something just to ward off some extra fat. It is still beach season after all brahs...lol

cardio in moderation during a bulk cycle is good but extreme cardio during a bulk will kill gains.imo 3x a week 30 minute cardio and clean up the diet a bit.

Alot of it is in your diet i am sure you know that already but just keep drinking lots of water that will help control the water retention. I also think you being on creatine is a good idea. Helps with gains. might make you retain more but i think the added benefit is worth the retention. I have seen alot of people recommend upping your creatine intake to x2 your daily dosage. Since your uptake is so high.

Expect to put on some fat. There's not much you can do about it. If you're doing a proper bulking cycle, you will be eating a large excess of calories to build as much muscle as possible. In effect, you will also gain fat from the surplus beyond what your body can utilize.

I like to keep cardio to 0, because I would rather just alter my calories.
Also, I save it for cutting as I don't want my body to get accustomed to it as part of my routine.

What I do: If I do a bulk then I dont incorporate any cardio. Yes, I add lots of fat and water weight..Howerver, you need that increase in size to put up heavier weight.

If I do a lean bulk I do low to moderate cardio as DAWG mentioned.

I would say if your the type of person that can lose the weight fairly easy without much effort then just do a regular bulk and eat away. I seem to gain the most out of these types of cycles.

G'Luck

increase creatine intake to 10g instead of 5g? what would be the benefits of doing this?

yeh I have no problem dropping weight. comes off much easier than it is to put it on. most likely just gunna deal with the extra fat gain knowing its going to lead to increased size when I do finally cut.
