Cardio Question?

I am hearing mixed thoughts on this. I wanted to hear what you guys think. I have heard that for cardio you can run hard on the tred mill for about 20-30 min. but for fat burn you should walk at like 3.5-4.5 on an incline for 40min or use the stairmaster for 30 - 40 min. What do you guys think is best? I know it all comes down to heart rate though. Let me know because I hate cardio!!

interval training is by far the best fat-burning cardio method. walk for 2 min, then sprint for one. do that for like 20-30 min or as long as you can stand it. it should work.

Fat burning area is 65 to 70% of your max HR (220-age). And stay there in your target for 30 - 60 min. the first 20min your body is just getting going.

Not according to any cardio equipment you step on. Fat burning is suggested 30-65% of max
