cardio question

ok i am trying to cut right now and not seeing the results expected i have been doing cardio about 4-5 days a week at about 45 minutes to an hour after the work out my question is i have been keeping my heart rate at about 130 b/m thinking it will burn more fat less muscle

should i keep doing this and lower my calories or should i increase heart rate to like around 160-180b/m i usuall burn around 7-800 calories an hour
my bf% is around 12-13 want to getto 10%

curenltly finishing a test decacycle and added winstrol for the last 4 weeks i m on day 10 of the Winstrol (winny) any suggestions

week1-11test500/w
week1-10 deca500/w
weeks10-13winni 45mg/d
 
diets not perfect but i try moring i cok up a few eggslike 3 or 4 lunch i have tuna one can one sandwich sometmes eat aat subwayi get the tuna dinner i try to have grilled chicken breast usually 2 prtien shakes after workout about 50 grams there and 50 for the tuna and 50 -75 for the chicken a couple of times a weekd i will eat a chicken sanwich from carls jr if i have fast food i try to get ne of the healthier choices
eats steaks a few times a weeks sirloin i trry not to have anything with an excess of fat
i train hard 6 days a week i m happy with what i got i it seems pretty hard to cut while on test and deca been cuting since early jan
lots of yogurts through out the day fat free kind
should i cut out the fast food entirly i was thinking you need fat to burn it

also could be some water from the deca...

yea fast food is bad. cut it out you don't need it to cut. after 4:30 or so cut out the majority of carbs and go with lean protein and greens. that should help. it sounds like your diet is the prob. take a close look at it and clean it up. you should be able to lose down to 10% if you do.

thanks will drinking more water do thetrick also not sure ifim hitting a gallon a day and when i m off this cycle can i stll continue to cut with out loosing any muscle or should i hold off till the next cycle
 
oh yea and is running the cardio at heart rate 130 ok or shouldi do it more intense at like 170 i heard that that flattins out you muscles at high hr

yea het the gallon daily minimum.

cutting is tricky and you kinda got to figure your body out. when you go at a calorie deficiency you run the risk of losing muscle and strength. you are so close to your goal. i think you can get there without losing much. imo the cardio is not the issue it is the diet. you body fat is 12-13 and you want 10. that shuld be fairly easy to attain. you are almost there.
 
When do you do the cardio...thats also another big issue. You should do it in the morning on an empty stomach with nothing else but a water and single scoop of protein...then hit the cardio. Only do an intense cardio 1 time a week and when you slow down from this, add in another intense cardio day to the week. You should see results from just walking for 45 min on an empty stomach.
