oh yeah...sorry....yes I have made gains...I went from 16 3/4 on my arms to about 17 and 1/2 now....most of my poundages have gone up significantly...I have noticed more definition even not doing straight up dieting.....there was a couple of months where I made very little strength gains...because of work....plus me and my workout partner tried doing each muscle twice a week instead of once....and it was just too tiring after about 4 days of that....I didn't even feel like finishing the rest of the weeks workouts...so I went back to one muscle a day mon-fri...
