So iv started my mass dieting, putting on some quality gains, and i know u shud cut back on cardio due to calorie reasons. but i find that if i do it 3 times a week shouldn't hurt. i usually run on the treadmill for about 10-15 mins before a workout/or after depending, and run at a moderate- difficult pace(making myself sweat) will this do anything?? or is it a complete waiste? any advice??
