Cardio

I'm going to start taking Sustanon (sust) very soon and I want to try and lose some fat around my stomach and lower back. I know walking 45 min every morning on an empty stomach is the best but is their another way that will yield the same result just as fast? I train around 6/7pm and I would like to know if 45 min of cardio is good at this time?

Well doing it at that time is better than not doing it at all. If you're gonna do it then just try to make your last meal prior to doing cardio about 3 hours before. So if you're gonna do cardio at 6, make your last meal at around 3 so that way your body will have digested everything you ate and then it should be good for fat loss.

Do you do cardio b4 or after you work out, this makes a big difference. Also there a thread i started on were your target hear rate should be, you should read about it and consider getting a heart rate monitor.

When you walk into the gym, what is your primary goal. Lose fat or build muscle?? This will help better figure out when you should be doing cardio...

Well, I mostly want to gain about 10lb of lean mass but really really want to loss the fat around my stomach and lower back. I would like to work out and then do my cardio. Is that the best way or should I do cardio and then work out?

That should work...the reasoning behind people saying "Do cardio first thing" is that your glycogen stores will be depleted since you've been sleeping, thus making it easier to dip into your fat stores for energy...However, if you're lifting hard and all that, you're stores should be depleted simply from the lifting...basically, you'd be in the same kind of metabolic environment after lifting that you would first thing in the morning...it is okay to have a protein shake after you lift and before you do cardio, though...

sorry to keep bothering about cardio but i want to get it right, so i do my cardio in the morning, so should i eat something like a carb meal replacemnt (cytosport), or something like oatmeal b4 my cardio or im fine doing it on an empty stomach.

You're fine doing it on a empty stomach, I do it all the time...Five mile runs are great on a empty stomach...if you feel like you need something before, a protein shake and a piece of fruit should help. Just make sure it's small and light because you don't want to throw it back up from working too hard...Don't forget to add it into your total daily caloric intake, though...
