Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

So the Doc told me I have it and I have been out of the gym since. It's been over 2 months and I am ready to rip my head off cause I am dying to go back but first I have to take care of this problem. There are several ways to get rid of it or atleast make it better.

1. Acupunture (not really a solution but ppl tell me it can be)
2. Yoga
3. Medication (does nothing from what I've read)
4. Physical Therapy
5. Surgery (This is the last resort!)

What would you do? I am leaning more towards 1,2,4, then 5 if everything else fails.

we see a fair bit of carpal tunnel stuff at work. The most common and effective treatment is a splint that can be worn at night and/or during the day depending on the severity of the problem.

go see a physio

yeah, I wore a splint for a few days but it is really suppose to be worn for atleast a week. I am going to put it on later when I get home but I am still going in for Acupuncture.

theres no magic cure for it! You can go get as many fucking different treatments as you want, but none of them will make a difference unless you stick at one.

Just put the splint on and leave it on, its as simple as that!
