Ya f that shit. How many people in this world depend on the internet for income? Not fair to those who need the internet to live!! Bullshit. We will fight other peoples war, they tax the fuck out of us so generation after generation beat the system to live for free! I don't mind at all paying for someone who needs assistance, but some of this scum don't care to look for jobs. Sorry just venting. We also love when shit hits the fan and we show relief and spend tons of money to help them out. Fuck help us out. We live here. Spend money on this country!!

Online piracy is costing the record labels, music industry, movie folks, etc. Around $350+ billion dollars A YEAR.
So let me just say this...the people in Hollywood and around the country in 'the business' of music, movies, etc. PROBABLY have a few $100 in the back pocket of congressman and senators that are in office that will be deciding on this bill.

In reality, this whole SOPA/PIPA thing is the entertainment industry trying to censor your rights as not just an american citizen, but as a human being!
If this was some truly sad case where piracy was hurting people who were already hurting, like folks in sierra leone or something, I could get behind it. Who we are hurting is people who are making 20 million dollars for filming a goddamn movie. We don't pay doctors even close to that shit. Paramedics, cops, firefighters, people that work to keep others safe get a miniscule fraction of what these overpaid prima donnas make. I could really give a shit if they all went broke. Maybe then they'd start recording albums with 10+ good songs instead of 2!
