I added these to my ME bench day this week. all I have to say is holy shit! i never done these before and man is my chest sore. anyone looking for something new to try, you gotta try these.
hang two chains with a D-handle on each one in a power rack so they are about 2 inches from the floor. put your hands in the handles and do pushups as normal, or elevate your feet to make it harder. the stretch at the bottom is insane.
