I'm about to start using m-drol and am unsure how to change my workout to get the best results and keep gains after. Now I'm doing 5 sets. Changing reps and rest time. First set 12 reps 30 sec rest, 10 reps 45 sec rest, then 10 reps min rest, 8 reps min and a half rest, ending with 6-8 reps (increasing 5lbs every time).
While on m-drol should I do more sets? Reps? Or cut rest times? I don't care about the ego boosting of lifting heavy weights I'm over that. I want to gain size and keep it after
