GET BIG
I have been doig the following workout, and its been good for the most part, except i noticed my arms have started to be more tricep dominant. I dont know if that makes any sense, but if it does, any suggestions on how to improve/change the workout so it would be more balanced.

Bi’s and tri’s
• hammer curls 5x5
• ez bar curls 3x8-10
• BB curls 3x8-10
• skull crushers 5x5
• rope pull down 3x8-10
• tri extension ( 1 arm db) 3x8-10

except for the dweebs who only do curls lol most peoples tris are bigger than their bis , tris=3 heads/bis=2 heads .

yes, i know that triceps are 2/3 of your arm, but it looks like the peak of my bicep is dropping...my arms are still the same size, but just a different shape. Is this even possible lol?

It's commonly believed that wider/closer and reverse grip curls will add width to your biceps...maybe try adding some of those to help balance it out...

less volume. my arms grow from just 3x8 BB curls and 3x8 CGBP a wk (relatively light). reason - i do alot of heavy lat work... whether it's BB rows or even pullups and pulldowns (with an underhand grip) and alot of pressing. the point is that the weights moved in those exercises are so much greater then so called iso stuff, that all the muscles involved are forced to grow and become stronger.
did your bf% go up... thats the only logical way that your peaks have "reduced".
BTW, the idea of doing such and such to *shape* mucles is BS... the muscle responds to increased workload by growing in the shape that is governed by your genetics... the muscle doesn't understand that your doing concentration curls so it must improve it's "peak", it doesn't understand that you did only the lower ROM of a curl so it must increase the lower part... you get the idea?

well im on the 5x5, so i am bulking up a lil bit more, but im also starting to eat clean which ihavnt for awhile, so we'll see what happens with that....my arms are wide as fuck, again im just worried bout the peak, which i know is genetics, but i still try n do shit to get them up. i know its useless but i still try lol
