cheap multi-pak vitamins

I am wondering what is the best and cheapest way to go to get a multi-pak vitamin containing the b-vitamins, chromium, vitamin E, folic acid, etc, etc.

I am currently using Prolab's training packs. They run around 12.00 for a 30 day supply plus shipping.

Why do you feel you need a pack? Buy a nice multi with one single pill or capsule. Much more cost effective, than spending more money on vitamins youre most likely pissing out.

get the best multi vit, go to my wifes site, these sups are really good. 95% pure compared to the junk u get at stores

i like the multi packs because they have a variety of b vitamins not usually found in a single pill...the b vitamins help me feel more energetic. I also like the vitamin e.
