On the road to TRT...opinions/feedback appreciated!

I'm pretty it wasn't in my head. I felt really bad anxiety, couldn't sleep at night was almost trembling bc of how anxious I was for no reason. It all kicked in 1-2 weeks after I took it. Then I stopped it and the anxiety went away after 2 days. Then I took it again and the anxiety returned and stopped it and anxiety went away.

I will try it again and see if it happens

I think the clomid is working. I've noticed I'm able to train several days in a row without getting tired or having my usual overtraining symptoms. I feel my recovery is remarkably improved. Feel like I have more energy. Only thing is my libido is still a little shot, but no erectile dysfunction.

The only negative symptoms I'm having is a dull ache in my testicles that just started this last week. Don't know what that's all about hopefully it goes away.

The dull ache is probably your balls being stimulated with gonadotropins from the LH/FSH realeasing mechanism of clomid.
You trained hard before or just at your comfort level?
What type of over training symptoms do you have?

Before the clomid I would train even less intensely as I do now and have very poor recovery (needed a week to recover after only working out 3-4 days)

Symptoms including: feeling like absolute death after workouts and the whole day, very irritable, short tempered, muscle twitching everywhere, no energy was pretty much bed ridden bc of how tired I was, and elevated morning resting HR, and taking a week to recover from all those symptoms everytime I trained for more than 3 days.

Don't get a single one of those symptoms since starting clomid.

At 438 TT baseline probably not T the whole root cause..might be adrenals or sleep apnea etc...

I have scanned this thread and so far agree with those who say you are overthinking this. It appears you are the type of personality to analyze things to the n th degree. At 26, what is your career occupation? Live on your own? Sometimes the basics like hard work (productive behavior), balancing check books, managing personal relationships or marriage, keeping a clean house or yard, etc. Coupled with a good diet and exercise program tend to create a lifestyle where the body takes care of itself in regards to many of the symptoms you seem to be experiencing. Also meditation or faith ( my personal choice ) helps calm you and provide purpose etc. Do not discount any of the above as it is part of the "big picture".

How would you access your standing (honestly) in the above categories? This isn't for me, for yourself. I don't even need a reply. Not looking to spar here. Best wishes moving forward.

Not to mention also complete lack of libido, moderate erectile dysfunction and absolutely no pleasure with orgasm. And my sperm counts being non existent. That also worries me it is about the T.

Had sleep apnea study was negative. Thought about adrenals but seems like those tests are ok. I've been sleeping well and temps have been stable so not a cortisol issue.

Again sleeping well and feeling great once I started the clomid. Will have to get BW soon to see how my labs are.

Appreciate the reply. But I honestly do not analyze that much. I just like to know I've done/doing everything possible to make myself feel better and want to be in full control of it. My fatigue was absolutely debilitating that I had in the past. I shouldn't be feeling like that at 26.

All other aspects of my life are in check otherwise.

So thought i'd update after being on Clomid for 6 weeks.

Initial semen analysis showed <100K sperm
Repeat performed showed ~95 million!!

Initial TT and FT were ~500 and 8 respectively (labcorp values)

Repeat tests after clomid were........

wait for it....

Total test: 860
Free test: 15.9

My test almost doubled! My estrogen also went up from 6 to 20!! (sensitive assay) Definitely have been feeling better, increased libido, and definitely more pleasure with sex which was a huge issue for me before.

Looks like i can hold off on injections for now!
