Would it be counterproductive to add in a cheat day once every 2 weeks while on clen? Not going overboard or anything. Just simply having a day where I enjoy myself.
I lifts about 5x a week. 15% BF. MACROS are 160p/260c/46f. Don't have a set meal plan. But as long as I hit those macros and lift/cardio right I'm fine.
