Igf-1 des - 60 mcgs split bilateral pre workout
Mgf - 200 mcgs split bilateral workout
(I havent got the mgf yet im still deciding if i wanna try it or not)
Let me know if i got it right or of u would do it differently and if i should try the mgf or not
