okay guys.. Ive been having a hard time to make my prep meals.. can came up with this..

Its taste really good.. better then just eating chicken and tuna stuff..

wat do u guys think??


1 package of ground turky brest

5 cups of cooked brown rice

3 bell peppers

1 package of sliced mushrooms

1 package of sliced carrots

1 whole big yellow onion

6 chicken tendor boiled and chopped..diced..

get a big pot or fry pan... cook the turky brest in olive oil...then add the chopped bell peppers, chopped onion, mushrooms, sliced carrots, and chicken tendor.....

after 5~6 min add brown rice and low fat soysouce..... mix and cook for 2 min..

then store it in ur food containers..

This would give me 2~3 days of meal.. cuz I thow in steaks or something everyday in my meals..

what do guys think??
