Checking Blood Pressure After Pinning.

checked mine about 30min after 3rd pin of test e running 500 per week. it was 126/101 pulse was 77. I know the bottom is kind of high. Last time I checked it it was before the cycle and it was 125/72 with a pulse rate of 86. I know one reading isnt accurate, but I want to know how soon after pinnning can it be checked? Or does pinning even affect it at all?

From my experience, there have been a lot of things that control my heart rate. Adrenaline, caffine, pre-work outs and even anxiety or stress can cause that. If you're pinning yourself and you're expecting irregular pulse, it can be in your head. Also if you check it in the middle/after a work out you're not going to get accurate results. IMO a lot can be mental. But if you feel your blood pressure has been high in general due to your injections, that's a different story I don't know much about.

^This or am I just phyching myself out?

Get yourself checked out fully. 126/101 is dangerous. Very dangerous.

check yourself out daily bro, once a day is fine bro
just not after pin days!
just watch your sodium intake and get lots of water in ya throughout the day
bloat causes high bp

wouldnt be to concerned on those numbers bro, like i said just monitor it daily bro

you're freaking yourself out brother, getting a little anxiety from pinning. injection shouldnt immediately have any effect on bp without your mind playing games.

If your diastolic is above 100 that's just too high! If you don't have one get a monitor that records, upload the results to your computer and keep track of it. It could be as simple as a low-grade infection that a ten day course of antibiotics will fix. But take plenty of readings regularly so you know exactly what the problems is - or if there is a problem.

I have a $150 Omron monitor and check it all the time, most mornings and nights - mostly just for the hell of it, because I like knowing what my body is doing. Mine went sky high six weeks or so ago (like, 140/88 or so!) and because I was monitoring it I knew it was high and I had to do something about it. (What caused it - dunno, maybe infection, in any case it went down to my normal after three or four weeks.)

Also: they are highly inaccurate - and so are doctors and nurses. So I take two, perhaps three readings each time. Left arm, right arm, left arm.

Never had a problem with BP before myself (almost 50 now) but have been noticing it has been sort of high lately. Sort of assumed it must be the cyp doing it. Def going to try to get more h2o and watch the salt - hopefully that will help.

Bro 140/88 is nothing to be alarmed about exspecially on a cycle, like pushing in the 160/90 is alarming but i wouldnt one bit be concerned with the numbers u put!

as for buying a monitor and shit, not into that, just goto a local pharma and check it out once a day other then checking it 5 times a day alittle overboard!

Trust me as it has happened to me on a cycle, u will have warning signs like headaches, red face, rapid heart beat ( resting) when bp is high, like i said watch the sodium intake and get alot of water in ya throughout the day to avoid bloat!

Where alot of people go wrong, they think they are gaining like mad like 15 pounds in 2 weeks time, but meanwhile there diet is shit, and water intake is next to nothing and bloating up like a motherfucker, next thing ya know BAM everything elevates ( BP)

Sounds to me bro u might as well walk around with that stupid bp machine bro and check yourself every 10 min to make sure your heart is still tickin!

Thanks Matt - some days water can seem downright repulsive after a certain point so gonna give that a try. Of course if it was tequila flavored, I'd never get bored of it.
