please tell me if this is good or not and what should be changed.. im trying to get stronger but need to also lose fat.
(warmup on treadmill for 10 mins and also do light warm ups for each set)
Monday-
Legs
squats- 2 x 6
leg press machine- 2 x 6
leg curls- 2 x 6
straight legged deadlifts- 2 x 6
standing calve raises- 3 x 10
Wednesday-
Shoulders
military press in rack 2 x 6
seated dumbell press 2 x 6
standing lateral raises 2 x 10
Triceps
press down machine 2 x 10
cable push downs 2 x 10
Biceps
barbell curls 2 x 10
hammer curls 2 x 8
Friday-
Chest
flat barbell press 2 x 8
low incline dumbell press 2 x 8
dumbell flys 2 x 10
incline barebell press 2 x 6
Back
Deadlifts 3 x 4-8
barbell rows 2 x 6
shrugs 3 x 8
all the other days i try to get 20-30 mins of HIIT cardio in, and just ordered some rollerblades (took 4ever to find size 17) and will start to blade around here to lose the gut. my diet is getting cleaner and cleaner and i drink 2+ gallons of water a day. supplements are whey and creatine w/ dextrose.
