I am having a really hard time building up my chest size. I vary from dumbells to barbells. One week, ill do incline, flat, decline DB presses with DB flyes. The next week ill do the same series with the barbells.
My setup is 4 sets of each with 6-8 reps repping to failiture around 7 reps.
Please let me know of waht i can do...i wanna add slabs of beef to my pecs. IT doesnt look right with the way im packing beef on the rest of my body...

sounds as if you may be overtraining a bit. try 2 sets instead of 4 and see what happens, you may be pleasantly surprised. make sure you are benching with a wide grip and elbows flared out to iso chest more. weighted dips work well. with less volume you will be able to move more weight as well so this will also help to develop those hard to grow muscles. good luck

Also sounds like over-training to me to.

Try
2-3 sets of inclined bar
2 sets of flat dumbbells
2 sets of inclined dumbbell flys

And every-other week
2-3 sets of flat bar
2 sets of inclined dumbbells
2 sets of flat dumbbell flys

All sets 4-6 reps
