If that's the way your muscle looks then that's how it looks. Just make it thicker.

Just keep doing chest exercises and make sure you change up your workout every month or so by varying reps/intensity and exercises.

and incline flies do what?

he said his chest was bunched up and narrow "condensed chest"

i am something of a training guru so it is my hope he will listen

incline flys will "open up" his chest, expand it all through out up to the anterior deltoids......

it will also work by pumping up the whole area:)

How does it expand the chest?

I was under the impression one couldn't change where the muscles are connected - making expanding the chest impossible? Am I missing something? I would sure like to change a few things myself if its possible.........

remember this

" you become your labor"

hence if you do somethign for long enough at a chosen angle your body will from around it and adapt

the incline flyes will work all parts of the chest but emphasize the top portion and outer portion

for someone who does not believe in what I say

do this:

do presses for a month only see how your chest looks

then do flys only for a month, and throw in some pushups to keep the pressing movement 'alive" so your body remembers and tell me what gives you a better looking chest

the pressing alone or the flys with pushups?

ok well for chest hardgainers like myself who need upper and inner development would you recommend pre exhausting the chest by doing incline flyes first or pec dec?

I don't belive a word of that.

You simply cant form a muscle, thats impossible.

I have a much faster and easier way of testing this. Do a bunch of eccentric flies with a lot of weight so you're really sore. See if it hits the "outter chest".

I've never had that happen.
