Chest problem?

Ok I got a question about my chest workouts. When i'm finished my arms are dead and I don't really feel anything in my pecs, but when i'm doing the exercises my pecs start swelling up cause i guess they are getting a pump. I can't really move my arms inward so would that be because my pecs are sore and i'm working them out right or am I doing something wrong?

Also my right pec is smaller than my left one, it's not as full so it looks like its lower, what should I do to get it caught up?

D-bells will help bring up your lagging side..

try touse a wider grip on benches..you may have to use a lower the weight at first..

Ya i've always heard dips do amazing things for the chest, I just don't have anything to do dips on where I workout.

So should I use only dumbells in my chest workouts and not do BB Bench? or just throw DB bench in my chest workout also

I wouldn't recommend using ONLY dumbells unless using the barbell causes you pain. You can either substitute them, add them as another component of your routine, or alternate between the two... it really all depends on what will work best for you, IMO.

my old gym i didnt have anything to do dips on either so i used to do them on the handles of treadmills when the workers weren't looking.
