Chip & Maximus HRT saved me beyond my imagination.
So, as you can see, I am new here. I actually found this site while doing a google search on Low Testosterone and seeking ANYTHING that could help me.
I am 28 years old, and was recently diagnosed with Low Testosterone. After doing some reading, I've come to realize I had all of the typical symptoms.
No energy, NO LIBIDO, Erectile Dysfunction or hell, more like NO FUNCTION. Poor sleep quality, hot flashes, EXTREMELY emotional. I was a wreck, and quickly on the road to divorce from my just recent marriage.
My now wife had spent the last year or so thinking I didn't want her, thinking I did not find her attractive. But of course this wasn't the case. I didn't find anyone attractive, desirable, I had no WANT to have sex at all. Hell, even when I did want to have sex, the sponge that I used to call an erection wouldn't do much.
So, I finally got to a local family doctor and gave them my symptoms, they had blood work ran. To my luck, she actually had the foresight to run a Testosterone test, free and total, shocking huh? It came back Low-Normal (her words), she referred me to a Urologist. The Urologist has 4 more blood works ran, and he concludes that he agrees I am low and need help. Now, I will admit, at first I just wanted to fix this problem, I did hardly any research on the subject. I assumed the Urologist, since he is a specialist, of course knows what he is doing. BIG MISTAKE.
This guy gave me a 200mg shot of Test cyp, gave me a 5% Androgel prescription and said see him in 6 months. A few days after the shot, I felt pretty good, better than I had in quite awhile. So I was thinking all is well, but that slowly went away. Things pretty much returned to normal and I was back in his office telling him the Androgel was pretty much doing nothing. So, I brought up the idea of doing my own shots of Test Cyp at home and was immediately shot down with some "it's a controlled substance" speech from him.
So I go home, do research, and find out giving myself shots of Test Cyp is completely fine and legal with a prescription. During my research, I learned about Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), Estrogen blockers, all this other necessary stuff to keep my balls working, and basically making sure the Test Cyp I will be taking will actually work in a positive way. Oh yea, I also should mention my Urologist actually said this during my last visit "I get my information on treatment from an older doctor". WOW, shouldn't that be illegal? My own doc isn't even treating me, just being the middle man. This research led me to this site where I found CHIP (aka THE MAN), not that I have to tell anyone here that though.
