Exemastane is not lipid friendly and adex is more lipid friendly than exemastane by far. However, anything that that decreases estrogen is going to negatively effect your HDL. Most people on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) DONT use any kind of Aromatase inhibitor (AI), including myself.
AI's for the most part are vanity drugs......there for people who are so obsessed with their abs they cant stand any bloating. Fine if you dont mind wrecking your lipid profile. Best thing to do is take nothing and watch what you eat, ie dont take in excess sodium and simple carbs, and keep nolva around in case youre sensitive to estrogen and get itcy or puffy nips.

just take testosterone. Whether in a gel or an injectable, most people I have spoken to in person use neither Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) nor Adex in conjuction with it. Most haven't even heard of them. I am taking 35ius of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) x 2 weekly and .25mg of Adex every other day now that I have switched to injectable, but I used Testim at two tubes a day for a year and never had any gyno issues. Until I started researching injectable cyp due to impending shoulder surgery, I had never even heard of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) or Adex. I take them more as a precaution. Forums like this scared me into it. lol

I always try to make it a habit to avoid debate's and offering responses to completely uneducated, ridiculous posts, and i dont know you and certainly have nothing personal against you, but that post has got to be the stupidest thing i have seen since i caught my 33 pound cockerspaniel humping my 90 pound pit bull!
Bro, if you are on any type of doctor prescribed testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), and he doesnt at least have you a running script for an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), then he should have his license stripped and you shouldnt be on trt. Cause you have either not done enough research on your own to know that the post you put up is ludicruous, or you are just putting your faith into a complete jackass! Are you different, somehow than every other human being on the planet from the standpoint that testosterone just miraculously does not aromatize in your body, or were you somehow born with no aromatase enzymes???

your best bet is to start with 1mg anastrozole/a-dex. Its strong enough to do the job most of the time, but 5x's less potent than letro so you dont have to worry as much about estrogen levels dipping to drastically. Twice a week/eod would help you tremendously. Tell ur doc to pull his head out of his ass or give me a call and i'll get you going the right way.

Thanks for that post. There are a lot of people that say you don't need hcg or ai's. This is completely wrong, Chips advice is solid....
