Cialis and blood flow.......................

Neither will cause an erection without stimulation. Your endothelial cells have to receive nerve stimulus in order to release NO into the arteries that supply the corpus cavernousum with blood. This NO is uptaken into smooth muscle cells, stimulating soluble guanylate cyclase, which in turn stimulates cyclic GMP, activating protein kinase G, leading to opening of potassium channels and lowering calcium levels in the cell, causing dilation of the smooth muscle cells. The arteries dilate, causing the penis to fill with blood giving you an erection.

PDE-5 is an enzyme that breaks down cyclic GMP. This causes less dilation of smooth muscle cells. Less bloodflow into the penis means no erection. Cialis, Viagra, Levitra are all PDE-5 inhibitors. They stop your body from breaking down the pathway through which NO functions. They work great to give you increased bloodflow and better erections from the baseline stimulus.

If you have no nerve innervation due to injury or certain medications such as Beta Blockers, SSRIs, antipsychotics, etc, you cannot release NO. Viagra, Cialis and Levitra will not help in this case. At all. They won't dilate arteries, wont increase bloodflow, won't increase NO levels, won't give you wood.

At that point your last hope is a Prostaglandin E analog called Alprostadil. This drug uses a different pathway to achieve smooth muscle relaxation. Its given as a intracavernal injection (yes right into your shaft) or as a urethral suppository. This is the only drug that can actually give you an effortless erection. Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra cannot give you an erection without you thinking about something sexual and stimulating those nerves I mentioned earlier.

How much would u recommend?
Reason I want to try Cialis is like a motivation-incitament. The better/more vascularity and pump you get, the better u workout.

I was reading Austinites thread (Austinite's Top 3 - Essential On-Cycle Supplementations) earlier, the segment about vasculairity. And decided to follow up on her advice with Citruline, Arginine, Lysine. And figures that I might add Cialis as well for the blood-flow and vasodilation,

Yeah sure buddy, "better pump" :)

Viagra absolutely causes erections without stimulation. There's no doubt there. In fact, it's uncontrollable at times for prolonged periods. There's far more to its structure than just a pde5i that most aren't aware of.
